“Eve Clone Babel I" is a digital audio and video installation that extends the series of 2D works from “Making of Eve Clone Babel Documentation." It employs a diverse range of media, including 3D models, images of ancient drawings, 3D buildings extracted from Google Maps, digital sound, and dancer performances captured by motion capture systems. “Eve Clone" dances atop the Babel Tower, then leaps into cities and streets, transcending through history into the digital realm of the present day.

The video commences with “Eve Clone" standing on the Babel Tower in a pose of Da Vinci’s “Vitruvian Man," against a background depicting an ancient image of the “Babel Tower."

Later, “Eve Clone" undergoes a gradual transformation into a blue wire-framed figure, surrounded by a 3D computer interface of squares and circles icons. As the digital music intensifies, “Eve Clone" begins to move her body, showcasing her charm, while the music progresses and builds alongside her body expression, creating a more tense and eerie atmosphere with sound effects.

Below the Babel Tower, the blue wire-framed city appears under the dominion of “Eve Clone," floating and rotating in all directions. The camera swiftly adapts to her movements, illustrating her authoritative control over the entire city.

The hybrid city comprises accurately rendered 3D buildings sourced from Google Maps using real satellite systems. Notable buildings include modern Babel towers such as the Empire State Building in New York, Taipei 101 Tower, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei, Eiffel Tower in Paris, United Nations Headquarters, European Union Building, and more.

Following her manipulation of the cityscape, “Eve Clone" jumps into different buildings and back to the tower to explore the city, searching the streets like a ghost everywhere before returning to the pinnacle of the Babel Tower.

This work represents humanity’s desire and ambition to challenge God, attempting to construct Babel towers from the Genesis to the digital era today through politics, economics, culture, and technology.
